Intake & Intake manifold selection (TPI to Carb swap)

Intake & Intake manifold selection (TPI to Carb swap)
I have what I believe is an 87 350 (It is a 10054727). It had a TPI setup on top. I'm putting on a Holley 650. The intake I picked out is a Weiand 8170. This may be a silly question to some, but which gaskets do I need? I am looking at FelPro QMS93317, but I'm really confused and not sure which material, thickness, etc I should be using.
Also, I was told to use the gaskets on the side and make my own on the front and back. I got some black gasket stuff that was recommended on TGO & the parts store.. Does this sound right?
Thanks!

Not sure about the gasket numbers, but the method sounds right to me. Some argue using the gaskets all around, some argue using just the sides and gasketmaker front and rear. I just use gasket maker front and rear, skipping the rubber pieces that normally come in a gasket set.
I had an impossible time getting mine to seal, then I was given some great advise. Put gasket maker the side gaskets, and apply to block. Then make a bead of gasket maker on the front and rear (block), and let this cure for 8 hours. Then, put gasket maker on top of the bead you made on the front and rear again, as well as on the top of the side gaskets, making sure to fill in alot of gasket maker in the corners where the intake turns upwards, and let cure for 2 hours. Then, place intake on the block, and put intake bolts on finger tight, letting the weight of the intake mash the unhardened gasketmaker from it's own weight. After another 2 hours, start tightening the intake according to the pattern and torque specs. Then let the car sit another day before starting it at all, to make sure the sealer hardens and sets - starting it prematurely can mess up the seal.
This system worked right for me the first time, after countless days of trying every other method and always having a leak.
Good Luck!

Cool, thanks, I may do just that!
I called Summit & they suggested I use a SUM-G2410 gasket. But I just went online to look and those are for 86 and older, and the Weiand 8170 is for 87 and newer!
Since the top is stock and the Weiand is supposed to bolt right up to it maybe any stock gasket will be fine... hmmm...
