Holley carb problem

Car: 1982 Camaro z28
Engine: 350
Transmission: turbo 350
Axle/Gears: 12 bolt
Holley carb problem
I have a 650 DP. i can get gas to come out of the primary's but none will come out of the secondaries any ideas of what could be wrong ?

What do you mean by getting gas to come out? From the accelerator pump while opening the throttle?
