Switched Air horns

After I pulled my carb out of the carb dip I noticed the numbers didnt match between the body and the airhorn. The shaft on the air horn has a little wiggle room and the large covers have maybe 1/16th inch between them and the outter rim. I'm wondering if the wiggle room and the spacing between the covers and the rim are going to mess me up when I finish the carb?

Re: Switched Air horns

You mean the choke plate shaft has play and there is a gap around the secondary air doos? If so, it's not a problem.

Choke plate seems pretty tight just the secondary flaps seem to have a mild gap. If its not going to cause any problems I'll just leave them be and continue to clean them.
