Converting Elec Fuel Pump to Mechanical
Hello, Just pulled out my fuel injected v6 and put in a v8 carb. It had a in tank elec pump. I am converting to a mechanical pump and was wondering if i could use my old sending unit if i pulled out the elec pump and replaced in with hard line going down into the tank? and is there any other major changes I need? Thanks for any and all info!

Re: Converting Elec Fuel Pump to Mechanical
this method has been pretty well noted here:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/carb...nk-pickup.html
it is doable, shouldn't require anything else done to the sending unit otherwise.
