Holley carb air bleed tuning....

So, finally after messing with my old 4150 and e85 and never being able to dial in the afr, I upgraded to a HP. Still running a bit fatter than I want at idle, I am thinking I could fine tune the air bleeds to get my afr just right.

Who all has experience with the air bleed tuning process, is it the same as jetting or more touchy? I picked up these 2 kits today: http://www.ebay.com/itm/250927336098...#ht_1043wt_906
http://www.ebay.com/itm/260889500910...#ht_1043wt_906

I am running e85, (more like e75 right now with the blend they are running) but once the e85 is back to full strength I plan to fine tune the car for e85, and when I get that random tank of <85% ethanol it will simply run a tad rich.

Just looking for simple advice from anyone playing with the adjustable airbleed systems on Holley based carbs

lol guess I should have posted that, been using quick fuel blocks from the get go. I am trying to fine tune my afr, I have a innovate wideband and I am a bit richer at idle/cruise than I want to be, and I am at the end of adjustment with the 4 corner adjustments
