adjusting metering rods

Axle/Gears: 3.73
adjusting metering rods

I was told theres an adjustment spot at the top of the Carb for the metering rods . Does anyone know what the "special" tool is called that does this or where I can get it?
I need to lower them a pinch (I'm assuming lower to lean it out some) how much Idk yet
