Car: 1987 Camaro LT

Transmission: 700R4
idle
I have a 87 Camaro 305 carbed and Im having problems with a rough idle. I runs fine while in o the high way but when at a stop sign I have to slap it into neutral and hold the gas.

I just had a similar issue with my 84 and set the idle speed on the carb a little faster. I'm thinking my main issue is the fuel pump but for now it has "bandaged" the issue.
