Foot off accelerator idle drops
so just recently my car has done this to me a few times once I was driving down the road and when i take my foot off the accelerator the idle would smack 0 then idle like normal and then fixed itself 5 minutes later today (like a week later) it has done it to me again and it snowed all over my car if that has anything to do with it i think i had snow all over it last time also but this time it actually cut off while driving and i was switching gears i obviously popped the clutch in 5th but yeah i was just wondering what it was does anybody know or had this happen to them

it doesn't have any trouble starting or anything i do have to warm it up in this 30 degree weather but yeah its only when accelerating and then switching gears or accelerating and then taking it off in general

Re: Foot off accelerator idle drops
Does it only do it when you cut the accelerator off? Or does it do it randomly while just cruising? Does the car act like it lost power for a moment before coming on?
Mine did something like this, turned out to be the ignition moduel was going bad.

Re: Foot off accelerator idle drops
only when i took my foot off the accelerator i put in 93 today to give it a better burn and she likes it more and as soon as i put it in she loved it much better idle louder and no more drop when i let off the accelerator
