The transition from idle accelerator pump aids to the circuit change. If the jetting of air bleed screws are not properly set at idle not idol the transition from a lean condition will result in a engine stumble.

Ever replaced the fuel filter? (about 1½" long and ¾" diameter, goes in the big nut behind the fuel line)

"Can I post QS about marine carburetors here?"

Here's the basics: Can the topic be applied to 3rd gen f-bodies?

Yes - Go ahead, ask away.

No - Sorry.

Now, there might be someone who has a 2bbl Rochester on their 3rd gen, but off the top of my head, I'd say there's been about 2 in the 13 years I've been on TGO. I think one bolted in a 307, the other an early 350, and kept the carbs that came on the engine. I don't recall them having issues with the carb, though.

So, tell you what I'll do: I'll go ahead and close this thread, and if anyone wants to help you out, they can PM you.

Fair enough?

Good, thought you'd see it my way.
