What can I take out of my engine bay after carb swap?

Alright, my car is a 1991 camaro RS, it was efi, but the PO swapped it to carb(for unknown reasons)

I want to clean up my engine bay. My ac and my heat doesnt work, so how would i rearrange the coolant hoses? what else can i take out? i want to remove as much as possible, for a easy 350 carb swap. any tips?

if you dont want to put any hvac back, you can remove pretty much everything on the pass side. but most everything on the driver side is still necessary, lights, brakes, etc. if you could post a pic or two of whats still there we may be able to help better
