May change to Carb CFM?

Well my sig says it all. I have been fighting Chip tuning and little EFI critters to long............ I am thinking about switching to carb. My sig says everything and its only a weekeng driver could you recomend a Brand and CFM rating (650..750) I feel like I am running 350hp and 410 ftlb.

Thanks for the input

I'd Recomend a 750 Vac Sec holley, preferebly a 4150 type.

While you're at it, why not put a little more cam in there, the carb don't Care, and you've got enough stall in the converter go with an comp Extreme energy XR270 cam, and sell the LT4 cam.
