carb adjustment

anyone know of a online site that explains step by step how to adjust rochester q-jets???? im not to big on knowing much about carbs so i need a little help befor i break the damn stick carb i have or even burn down my car im so sick and tired of messing w/my carb for now im just walking to school so the sooner someone can tall me bout a website the sooner i can drive to school :hail: thanx guys

Not sure exactly what you're trying to adjust. But, if you can afford $17-20, consider getting a comprehensive book on the subject - Either the Haynes Rochester Quadrajet book (available at parts stores that carry the Haynes line), or Doug Roe's book "Rochester Carburetors" (available from amazon.com).

The Roe book is generally considered the superior source. Having the book in your hands is generally better than trying to wade through a website.
