Well, a couple Of Tips.
First, Punctuation Is your friend.
The Caps Lock key is Not.
My mind is So jumbled after trying to Decipher that Visual assault of a paragraph I cant even begin to address the problem.
Any Vaccum Leaks ?

No vacuum leaks known of! Checked again and again and again for leaks so I'm 99% sure there are no leaks! As for the fuel pump....I'm using a brand new stock mechanical fuel pump!!

I have feeling that, in the middle of your frustrations, you either forgot to put the float needle back in or somehow the needle is hung up and not controlling the flow of gas into the bowl. THAT would cause non-stop flooding!
If your float IS set right and nothing's hanging up, then I'd say that the fuel pressure is too high. You may have a new stock fuel pump but is the return line blocked? The fuel pump will pump more fuel than the carb can take, so the relief valve will open and bypass that extra gas back to the tank.
