How do you adjust the secondaries on a Q-Jet?

My 78 Q-Jet won't open the secondaries, this carb is rebuilt and runs super on the primaries. Is there an adjustment to open the secondaries?

Already checked the choke rod.

Check spring pressure on the secondary flapper door, and check the linkage when primarys are wide open push on flapper door it should open with slight pressure Look on the side by the door you will see a slotted screw, you will also need a allen wrench to loosen grub screw that holds it,then back it off a hair, and try it once you have it set so there is no major bog during transition youre pretty close. This is of course assuming youre secondary butterflies arent mechanically stuck.
And check with engine off.
