AFPR layout...

I'm converting from TPI 2 Carburetor and I'm gonna keep the intank pump, does any1 have a diagram or know the layout 4 usnig an AFPR? I know how the layout goes 4 TPI but not on a carb. I've seen pics in magazines with AFPR's on carbed engines but there was no return line in any of them. Just 1 feed line 2 the regulator and 2 feed lines from the regulator 2 the carb. I don't want to burn out the pump. Thanks.

Well, no responses after 9 days. So...

Use a 3-port regulator with return. That's your best bet with the factory in-tank pump.

Not sure what you mean by "1 feed line 2 the regulator and 2 feed lines from the regulator 2 the carb". Not sure if you mis-typed, or you really meant "...two feed lines from the regulator to the carb" (it would help if you used "to" for direction and "two" or "2" for quantity). But, the two feed lines you've seen from the regulator to the carb were probably for a dual-feed Holley (one regulated line each to the front and rear fuel bowls). Or, they ran the return line as close as possible to the carb to keep the fuel as cool as possible going into the carb.
