Changing from fi to carb
If i were to change from fi to carb on my 2.8 and i got a good carb and intake setup would that help or hurt my hp? Ive got headers now so im probably getting around 150 hp.

well if you can't tune your efi system, then assuming you run a carb that you can properly tune, then yes you should make more horsepower with the carb.
I'm usually in favor of having more control over fuel & spark than most factory efi systems offer. The carb is usually much more economical in that respect.
