I bought a grill from TVP and 2 weeks after the echeck cleared i still had not received it eventhough he told me it would take 3-5 days to ship after the echeck cleared. I emailed him numerous times with no response. Within a hour of reporting him on Paypal he returned my money to my paypal account. So at least he did that but I suspect he hoped I would never report him and I would just forget about it so he could keep the money due to the fact he never emailed me back with any excuse.

 

YEAH RIGHT !!! In in the paypal refund I told you what happended !!! but thanks for putting up a good word
EVERYONE knows me ... if I can't deliver , you'll get your money back ASAP !! If you FLAKE OUT on me .. you'll get your money back EVEN FASTER !!

Hmmm I never got any explanation in my refund just a refund. Explain to me why you never answered about 4 of my emails over a week about what was up with my merchandise??? I don't know what was going on because you never responded. So what would you think if someone promised shipping by a certain date and 10 days after that date you have no product nor a reply to many emails about what was up??? What was I supposed to think???

 

He flaked on me too (TVP).
After a month of waiting on my merchandise, and not getting responses to my emails, I filed for a money-back at PayPal. Over a week later I got my $$ back from him.

His excuse was... "My van broke, and I went on vacation!" ...
So WHAT!?!?!

TVP sucks!

 

sorry ... my van blew a head and I was out of transpo , right before I was going on my LONG vacation ..then you both flaked out , so instead of busting my a$$ to hear you both complain , and I was already GIVING the stuff away , you both got refunds and explanations .... too bad .. I'm out a whole $5
you guys lost what ??? if your going to CRY .. please don't bother me !!!! I'm just trying to clear out my garage , not get hassled for GIVING stuff away for less then it'll bring on EBAY !!!

Just wanted to chime in: I bought a 4th gen center console from him a year or so ago and it arrived promptly and was packaged in a very secure way. From that expierence I'd buy from him again!

 

Dude your definition of flaked out is really weird. All i asked was when to expect my stuff. You gave me a date when i got nothing for 10 days after that I emailed you a bunch of times got no response. So obviously I was concerned. I never got a explanation in my paypal refund just a refund. So I don't know what to say about that. If you had problems fine but don't tell me i flaked out because I gave you some money and all of the sudden you weren't talking back to me. All you had to say was "I have some problems the stuff will take longer to get there" then I would have had some clue of what was going on instead of only knowing he has my money and i have nothing and its 2 weeks past when he said id have it. So whatever with your flaking out nonsense.
