I dealt with him ONCE also. I requested a black, non carpeted, non-t top rear hatch panel. He replied saying he had a very nice one (I forget the price). The one he sent was painted black with scratches down to the original gray, gray back, had the t-top tie down slots, and was covered with some cheap black carpet. He did however refund my money after 2 1\2 weeks.

you wanted a dual fan setup to put into an older car, then after receiveing it you emailed asking if it had a "full shroud" when i told you that was everything that came off of an 89 iroc you said it was fine and you would make it work. now you are complaining???
i have an excellent ebay feedback rating and sell that setup for 125.00, i sold it to you for 40.00, and offered a refund . that offer still stands.

i still have the black one in excellent shape. i was in las vegas when my son packed the wrong one and sent it out. the price was 20.00. your first email was threatening legal action for fraud. daily emails after that were all threats, so instead of sending you the right one i decided you are a person i wouldn't sell parts to, and sent the refund (including shipping and you got to keep the other part). as for the excellent one i would throw it away before i would sell it to you.

Little late to reply now. Guess if it had gone right the first time then I wouldnt have said anything to begin with.
As I told you I need a "complete" dual fan setup off an 87+ setup. Complete meant that the lower shroud would have come with it. And the answer I got back isn't as you stated. Don't forget to add your shipping cost in there.
Refund?? Don't remember hearing that on the phone when I talked to you.
Now that you saw refund I will get back with you when I get home on sending it back to you. Refund would mean that the shipping is getting added back in that I paid initially and what is going to cost me to send it back to you again.

I never threatened legal action. As soon as I received the panel, I emailed you to let you know that it wasn't a quality piece. You then called me saying you would refund my money immediately.
I did state that I would report you on this board if you did not refund my $ for the hatch panel. This was after 1 1\2 weeks with no refund.
Now folks, from the tone of Ron's reply you should realize what kind of a businessman he is!
