hotrod85z Positive Feedback

In late January or early February I purchased two used Dell laptops from hotrod85z: one to use for prom burning and one to give to my daughter. hotrod85z was always prompt with his email responses. When I received them one of them had a screen that would cut off. I contacted hotrod85z and he told me to send it back to him and he would replace it. Again, always with prompt message returns. After returning it to him I had been called away on a business trip so it was hotrod85z who had to wait nearly a week for my email responses as he had asked me if I would be interested in getting a faster Dell instead of another one like I had returned. I received my upgraded one the other day and all is well.

CLIFF NOTES

- Prompt email responses
- Promptly took care of a problem I had that was NOT his fault
- Received everything promptly and well packed
- Nice guy to work with
- If I need to buy a laptop again I WOULD buy from him again

Thanks.
