He had a ad that advertised free headers just pay shipping. I agreed to this. He said shipping would be $30 so i agreed. I get the package and shipping price on the package was $8.99 so i got ripped $20 bucks. Nothing i can do. Just bringing it up to anyone else that could possibly do business with him.

You agreed to the price, so there really is nothing to complain about, $30 is a good price no matter what. Ever think about the price of the packing materials?

Also think about the time spent to take them to get shipped

In some rural parts of the country , driving to the drop off becomes a factor. $2.60 a gallon gets expensive after a while. I had to drive 50 miles each way to drop a trans off for shipping. Cost $20 in fuel for the cargo van. Something to consider anyway.
