400HP in a vert.. Rollcage?
Hey everyone,
Ive got a 91 RS Convertible. I am currently building a new 350ci engine for it. The engine will be putting out somewhere between 350-400hp. I already have a set of MAC sub frames & I am planning on getting the other type of SFC's. Will the torque of the engine twist my chasis enough to cause dammage? I would rather not have to put a roll cage in, but I will if I have to.
Thanks,
Mark B

no, you dont have to worry about damage.
however, you will probly need a rollbar to be legal at the dragstrip..

I'd be worried about twisting your car with a stock 350
in mine i can feel the body twist alot just going over a speed bump
