I've taken mine quite a few times . My best time so far is a 13.2 in the quarter . I still have the 305 TBI with bolt-ons and nitrous .

WTF is that supposed to mean? A Corolla WEIGHS what his car gets in torque.

13.2 in a 305 is where the discussion is. That and the fact it's in a convertible. Is there a timeslip? Dynograph? Got pics of the TBI with the NO2? I'm sure that is a special intake to accomodate the gas.

I wanna see!

Oh! Dig the hotties in the sig. More pics of that too.

EDIT: typo'd the time.

I can take some pics of the nitrous system no problem and post them . I'm pretty sure I still have my time slip . I'll post it , but they print small at the track . Not sure how well it will show up . Sorry but that's the only hotty pic . Maybe I'll get quite a few more next week when I'm at the Car Craft Nationals .

Sounds like a plan.

Did you do all the work on the engine yourself? I still want to know about your intake manifold.

No I didn't do anything to the motor , except re-install a nitrous system . Horsepower TV did all the other work to the car , except the 9 bolt rear . I'll try and get some pics today , but I'm changing my clutch and bellhousing that I blew at the track last time I went .

Oh right! Your car was on TV. Do you ever hear about when that episode will be aired? I have that exact car you know. TBI and everything.

No I haven't ever seen it on the show myself . I know people have , and a friend said he saw it on a HP TV marathon not too long ago . I do have 1 tape of it on there though . It was on a lift commercial too . And possibly 1 other commercial , but I can't verifyy that . Was on a total of 3 HP TV shows . And Cadillac I'llo get you a pic of the intake . Just give me some time . Right now I am working overtime and trying to change my clutch and bellhousing too .

Wow sorry I was gone so long Cadillac , but a lot of overtime and many problems with the install kept me away . I will try and get you some pics of the intake / nitrous system soon . I'm not real positive on posting pics on TGO though . On my local 3rd gen site I just load them in My Pictures on my computer and then go on downloads on the site and download them . On here you have to have some place to host them right ? Can someone help me with that deal ? Sucks bad though , I missed the Car Craft nationals with the car on jackstands

No worries. If you know how to load a picture in MS Paint you can drop down any image to attach to a post on TGO. I usually have to crop to 60% or original size when I post (use the "Stretch/Skew" option on the "Image" menu). Alternatively, and if you have pics on the web already, you can use the IMG tags to reference those pics already on the web. Lastly, I'd be glad to host your pics on my web space if you need. Just frop me a PM.

Oh crap . I always re-size mine before I post them anyway . So if I put them 60 percent smaller I can just put them in my post directly ?

Before I sold my 92 firebird 305tbi vert, I took it to Bandimere speedway here in Denver. The best time was a poor 17.6.

So at that rate I've shaved off over 4 seconds with all the mods on this car . Sweet !

Consider also that our track (Bandimere Speedway) is a mile above sea level.

ive not taken mine to the track, but it goes 0-60 in 6.7 seconds and i beat bruce (90RS305) who allegedly runs a 15.3 by 3 carlengths @ 90mph... and i spun em HARD through 35 mph... haha... low 14's is my guess with the new tires and 3.23 gears...
