$8K is a little steep. Sure, IROC verts are somewhat rare (~3700 made) and desireable, but for one, its NOT in "excellent" shape. There were a bunch of things you described that lower the overall value of the car. Also take note that aftermarket upgrades are cool and should raise the value, unfortunately, most do not. You also have over 100,000 miles.
I'm not trying to dog your car out, after all, you did ask. But to give you an idea, I bought my 1991 WS6 Trans Am convertible (even rarer, ~700 T/A made, even less were WS6), its newer and had less mileage. Had a Brand New Stayfast (canvas) top and it was $4500.

i think it may be a little pricey but it gives you some bargining room for offers. they are hard to fine in good shape and are only getting more valuble
I figure it just gives me more room to negotiate. I see bone stock iroc vert's in worse shape then mine for high 6's low 7's. Heck, there is one guy around the block from selling a white on gold iroc vert with 168k miles for like 5000.
