different back seats

Engine: 383 stealth ram, 305 tpi, 350 tbi, 5.3l
Transmission: T56, 700r4, 700r4, 4l460
different back seats
i was wondering if the rear seats are differernt for the convertibles. reason i ask is that the lever that holds the back of the seat doesnt lock onto the stricker bolt. its not even close to making it. i was just curious cause the guy i got it from just had the seat sitting back there and i just had them recovered. anyone know if there different or am i doing something wrong

They are identical. I've swapped interiors to and from coupes/convertibles with no problems. Sometimes though, the striker did not line up completely with the catch.

yea but the seat and stricker dont even come close. was wondering why
