91 rs vert V6 is worth....?
got a friend who has a 91 rs vert w/ about 115,xxx miles on it. in very good shape, inside and out. has an aftermarket 4" cowly fiberglass hood and has corvette rally rims from an 82ish Vette. Also has blackout kit for front and rear and a leather bra (top and bottom). Brand New rubber to boot. new tires have less than 50 miles on em. Also have original hood and original rims.

if it runs good with no mechanical problems or defects, and considering the paint is at least in "fair" condition, i'd say offer him $2,300. also check the condition of the top and make sure it's not torn up.

The top is in great shape. I'd say the paint is about a 7.5 on a 1-10 scale. one being the worst. No rust whatsoever, I personally checked it out. When he had the tires put on, I was present and got to look at the whole under carriage. Runs great besides. Just has a minor radiator leak that we can't seem to find. That's probably the worst thing about it.

just get a new radiator. they dont cost much to replace, and it's simple. i just replaced mine a few months ago
with that info you just gave me i'd say maybe closer to $2,600-2,700. not much more than that because it's a V6 RS. if it were a TBI car it would be a bit more

woops, i said radiator. It's a coolant leak somewhere that we can't find. He hasn't put any stop leak cause he doesn't want that **** in his car.

mine had a coolant leak as well. i had to replace a gasket. only cost me $0.75 to buy a gasket and took me 20 minutes to put it on.
this might be a wild guess, but take a look at under the hood on the car, and look in the area pointed out by the picture below. if it's teh same gasket as mine that went bad it's an easy fix and it's easy to see it as well. there is gonna be a small puddle of coolant sitting on top of the throttle body next to a hose.
EDIT: might be different considering it's not TPI, but just check anyways just in case it runs the same hoses for coolant
