I just bought an 83 Z/28 hard top. This one hit three deer. My friend wants to repair my 91 RS conv. and that meant I needed a new parts car & WE needed a good rear end so WE can do it. We have swapped leafs & axle in my 71 but nothing to this extent. Looking foward to it really.


Keep moving along with restro on my 92 Z conv. and my 87 IROC.

I think it means he is using his 83 to repair the 87 Iroc and 91 vert

If not, i think i missed it.

 

Try to explain. I wanted a new project after selling my 71 Camaro in 07. I didn't finish it felt bad about that. GF pushed me to sell it.

New project, 92 Z conv. GF dumped me over it. BYE BYE.

Someone I work with told me about a Teal conv. that got smacked in Dec. 07. Got it Jan 08. Someone else I work with told me about an IROC near him. Got it Feb 08.
June 08, my friend asked me to stop taking parts off of the 91. So back to searching for parts the old way.
Another person I work with, he is on nightside & I worked one night a couple weeks ago, popped in to my office & tells me he has an 83 Z that he wrecked. Got last week.

Rear end and all that is damaged is for 91 conv. Never attempted this before.
Got some things that I need for MY TWO projects as well.

Will let all know what's left later.

People are coming to me about cars. I haven't been looking for more.

 

where in central il are you at? and you should sell me your wrecked vert or trade me for one of my non vert 3rd gens!
