Last Minute Buying Advise Needed
Tomorrow Im going to go look and probably buy a 91 firebird 5.0 TBI Vert.
186000 miles (which I dont care about because I own a trans shop and plan on dropping a L98 in it next winer)
What kind of things you guys think i should look at? What are the normal problems with these as far as body rust or problems with the top. I noticed the top seems like its pealing up a little in the back p/s corner, I dont think that a huge problem right now, it looks kinda minor.

Look for rust in the normal places,
around the wheel well area is commonly fixed incorrectly.
Floor pan areas are typically a problem area,
bottom of the doors, especially in the middle, there is a rubber bumper that is supposed to hit the bottom of the door when the window is all the way down, often the bumper wears off or just breaks off, then the screw hits the bottom of the door where rust starts and propagates.
Good luck
