Yes it is. The only difference is the addition of two metal angle brackets that either pop-rivet or screw to the ends of the center spoiler on model year 90 and newer. If you need any or all of these 3 pieces I have some.

Thanks for the info. My center part of the spoiler is like new but I needed the two side pieces. I found some here at 3rd Gen off of a 91 vert. If it doesn't work out I will definitely get back to you. I like the 88 Iroc-Z resto "paperweight" line. You must have a long way to go with that one.
