Convertible trunk seal question

Does the convertible use the same trunk seal as The hatchback Camaros?

I ordered a seal for a convertible but the box says For hatchback/trunk..

I haven't gotten the car out of storage yet to see if the seal will work

Re: Convertible trunk seal question

There will be a major difference in length between the two. It does look like a similar style seal and might just be a shorter version on the hatch style seal.

Re: Convertible trunk seal question

I think the seal design is the same just the length is different they probably figure it's easier to package 1 seal and market it for both cars

Re: Convertible trunk seal question

Cut it a bit long and try to scrunch it up a bit. The seal will shrink a bit over time.
