87 ASC Electrical Riddle: Power trunk pull down and power tonneau relase inop
87 ASC Electrical Riddle: Power trunk pull down and power tonneau relase inop
Had a good friend of mine replace the tatty, ambered, leaking original roof on my '87 ASC Firebird.
Alas, when it was time to bring it home (felt damn good after 9 months of my noisy POS Vibe) the power hatch pull down on the deck was inop, as well as the power release for the tonneau. When I went diving in a few years ago, IIRC, both were on the same circuit, but I can't recall for sure.
Any insights, troubleshoots, fire away!

Look for the fuse, then trace it back from there, could be a bad ground. I believe you are correct they should be the same circuit.
