Hello fellow Third Gen owners I have a problem hopefully someone can help me with. I bought an 89 convertible for my 13 year old daughter and I to fix up for her first car just like her brother. I purchased a complete rolling shell a drivetrain is easy to find and install, problem is left car in front yard to surprise daughter after I picked her up from school gone only two hours to come home to my daughters car being burglarized. The creatins ripped the top and removed the passenger side rails assembly from the convertible top frame. This part is where the back of the window seals against and pretty much holds the frame together in that region. I cannot locate one anywhere my daughter is devastated So I am asking if anyone can help in this matter to locate a part please contact me. This is the whole assembly they left the top and the base mounting bracket and took every thing else.

 

Sorry for your loss! I'd be devastated to find that when I got home and I'm sure your family is too. Unfortunately there are too many people out there that have no sense of decency. Hope you can locate the parts you need.
