HELP! Structure rivets?

Need facts on this one please everyone. I'm replacing the structural reinforcement along the rockers on my IROC vert, but I can't make out what the rivet size is on the ASC schematics. It looks like .283 x .825 but I can't be sure and equally I can't find anything in that size. So can anyone help me find some steel or stainless steel rivets with a .25-.268 shaft diameter, and a 0.5" head diameter. Also I'm assuming it needs to be .825" long and be a blind type rivet as the top and bottom look identical once fitted?

I'm due to fit these next weekend so times of the essence! Many thanks in advance everyone.
