2nd gen radiator

the radiator in my 87 T/A decided that it wanted to puke a couple gallons of coolant on the road and upon looking at it realized that it was not repairable. i have the radiator out of my 78 T/A parts car that was originally equipped with the poncho 400. will this radiator work in my 87 or will i need to go boneyard shopping to find another one?? thanks in advace for any help guys.

peace,
menace

I have zero experience with 2nd gens so the only suggestion I have is get out a tape measure and take some measurments...both of the radiators and the opening you have to deal with.

The radiator out of the old poncho will probly be to short or to fat.
Call autozone they seem to have decent prices on there 3 cores.
