Cooling Discuss all of the aspects of cooling that you can think of! Radiators, transmissions, electric fans, etc.

This may sound like a stupid question but I want to get some opinions

Hey everybody. I have a coolant hose routing question. I need to know if it's alright to totally remove any heater hoses and just leave the bottom and top radiator hoses in place. Right now I have a hose that taps into the intake and drains into a top port on the radiator. Kind of like the factory would have it. What I remove this hose and plug the hole in the intake and then just run the bottom and top radiator hoses ? That wouldnt hurt anything would it ? Thanx

Won't hurt anything, you just won't have a heater.

Couldnt you completely remove those hoses and just plug the passages on the firewall?
