Which tranny cooler to get?
get the biggest one u can that will fit. I have the 24,000 GVW on my car.. #70264.. it is the biggest one u can use without having to get special fittings and suff like with the 28,000 GVW one..

If you buy a really good 3 row radiator it will have a way better cooler built into it then the stock one. Also heat transfers better to water then to air and if you already have your engine running nice and cool so will your tranny.
ya. but i imagin the 80-100* difference in temp from the air flowing into the trany cooler, and the temp of the radiator will make a BIG difference.. its also ALOT cheaper then a brand new 3 ROW radiator.. which ur car comes stock with anyways.. but with those mods.. a stock crappy 3 row copper radiator isn't gonna keep up.. id go with something alot bigger, aluminum too...

breathment my car being the v6 only came with a 1 row radiator so the 3 row aftermarket was a big improvement. Also last time I checked (highschool chemistry) copper and aluminum have the same heat transfer quailities as far as efficiency HINTS why they use copper for overclocking heatsinks too. LOL so before you go shooting your mouth off review your science. The only difference is weight. I never heard of a camaro coming from the factory with a 3 row in our years??
