water pump

hey guys,

i think my water pump is on its way out..which is about time i figure the motor has 130,000 kms on it(90,000 miles) so i was looking at the previous posts and didnt really get my question answered..

my question is this..

over the winter i will be doing appearance upgrades to my motor so i figure this would be a good time to get a polished water pump since mine is on the way out..

is there much of a difference in companies that supply polished pumps or are they all about the same price..also better made pumps then others as well..

thanks for your time and answers

I think edelbrock makes a polished version of their water pump for serp. belt drives. I have the unpolished one and have had no problems thus far, approx. 18000miles. Just get you check book out!
