removed AC, heater box question

ok I read a post on here about a non AC heater box thing, what is it? I am quessing it deletes the big plastic box on the passenger side firewall, does anyone have pictures that they could post of this? how does it work does it cover up that big hole that is in the firwall? and last question is how do I take off that big plastic box on the firewall?

Thanks in advance

After seeing the pic I'm sure most of your questions are answered. As far as taking out the a/c box goes take out the bolts that hold it in 3 outside and one stud outside and 3 bolts inside the car hold it on, Take those out and the pull it out, it's pretty easy. I just finished mine up so if you have any questions just let me know.

so that heater box just covers up the big hole the AC one leaves? and after the bolts outside of the car and the ones inside the hole thing just pulls out? Is there a box type thing behind the dash to? do I have to take the whole dash apart?

All you need is the box.

The motor's are the same but you will have to find a heater cage because it is smaller than the a/c cage.

BTW the cage is the plastic round wheel that is connected to the motor.
