Hard-wiring cooling fan w/ ignition

I am just one of those people that can't stand to see the temp gauge above 1/2...

Being that, I would like to hard wire one of my two fans to run constantly with the ignition on. I know which one is which, so that's not an issue....

My question is - Can anyone tell me which would be the correct wire to splice into for power? Got a pic?

Thanks.

I'm replacing the water pump tomorrow, hopefully, and I want to get this cooling system in shape.

Thanks

if u want to go alittle cooler i would put in a 180 stat, and i wouldnt recommend running the fan all the time. maybe just wire in a manual switch so u can turn it on or off when needed..

you most likely should wire the manual switch to the passengers fan like it did..
