I need some help cooling my k5 blazer. I just put a TBI454 in her and she likes to run hot now. The radiator thats in her is 20" x 30" and is a quality 4core. I think that should be enough cooling for her. Could the problem be that the engines sits more forward than the 305 I pulled out? The motor sits so close I had cut part of the upper fan shroud so it would clear the pulleys for the a/c and alt.

Well i have a new theory that the temp sender is bad/different than what my guage requires. The guage read 240* today but the thermostat was closed and fan clutch was not engaged. The radiator didnt sem super hot either.
