help car runs way hott

i gott a 87 firebird formula wit a transplant 350 when im in stop and go traffic my car runs at 200 degrees when i gett on the highway and do 70 it stays the same butt when i start doin like 80 and my car is spinnin 2200 hundred rpm,s it starts to run at 240 i putt in a new 3 core rad high flow pump and 180 t-stat and it still does it and all gaskets r good and airdamn is in great shape please help

There is really not a "single" air dam on your car. Check the wide strip across the bottom front and check for the plastic scoop type mounted to the bottom of your radiator.

Both are air deflectors: aka: air dam(s)
