Just calm down a little man. Tell us what is happening exactly. The car overheats when...
on the freeway
sitting in traffic
after how long?
What fan setup do you have and is it working? Did you pressure check the system and have you checked your radiator cap? Give us some more info.

Ok, the first thing I would check is making sure the thermostat is opening when it's supposed to. It's also possible that your factory temp guage is messed up. That happens alot. Next, I'd take a look at your radiator hoses to see if the lower hose is collapsing. Check out your water pump and make sure it is the right type for your car. Some knuckleheads at the parts places give the wrong rotation for a specific engine. I would suggest drilling small holes through the lip of the thermostat, but that wouldn't seem to help with what you're describing. I would, however, suggest a thorough flush of your cooling system. That, to me, seems to be likely. If there are no leaks and you are not loosing pressure somewhere, that would seem to be the problem. Also be certain you are running a 50/50 mix antifreeze to water. Do you have a fan shroud on your stock fan? Also, is the air dam in good shape, meaning not bent back or scraped down in size.

Ditto on the "air dam". I lost mine awhile back and that puppy would not cool. Once I went to the dealer and bought another one for 35.00, it ran at normal temps. Sometimes if I have a long drive, I will add 4" of cardboard to the bottom to double the air intake.

ok well, i moved the car this morning i found a liltle bit of cool and like an oil leak on the floor so i have a leak some where, new thermostad, the pump is new, and matched up to the old 1 what u mean by callapsed hose? this has electric fan with no shrud, and i did check the air dam thing and it has a down cruve to it so it might be bad, and im missing the front part that curves up.

Put in an aluminum radiator, makes a huge difference. $140 Modine Brand. Make sure the water pump is good if theres fluid dripping from it (weap hole) it's bad. Make sure your fans or fan come on and work good, make sure the thermostat is good. Also, make sure the coolant micture is right. I have been missing my airdam since like 1988 (father was the original owner. (1984 TA) No problem cooling runs 175 to 180 all day long can even sit in the parking lot in 100 degree weather and doesn't have any trouble. I put in aluminum when I did my motor swap awhile ago. I keep telling people aluminum. Thats my piece on cooling.
When's the last time you cleaned out BETWEEN the fins in the radiator and AC condenser? I mean take them out, lay them front side down, and flush Backwards, back to front, with a hose for a while. I mean I had a JAR of bugs and crap only after four years with a new radiator. The funny thing is that I only drive on "bug infested" highways very seldom too.
I had the same problem with my 91z. I couldnt figure it out and firestone(I hate them) couldnt figure it out either. Well I ended up pulling the motor to repair my firewall 2 years ago and when I pulled the timing chain cover the chain could almost be removed by hand. I dont know how many miles you have on your car but you might wanna check that.

Changed over to a double roller timing chain a few years ago. Aluminum sounds like a good idea also.
I was redoing my A/C last year in Va Beach on base. The technician there said that when I go to the car wash, use the tire cleaning solution that is available and use it on the radiator/cooling fins on the front and back, that it would make a difference.
Apply the stuff, let it sit as you wash the rest of your car and then rinse it out as you rinse off the car. Seemed to help a little.
