Hot T.A.111

I have a 1986 T. A. 4 Barrel Carb that is running hot. Ive replaced the radiator, the water pump, new heads and the temp sensors the car will get hot real fast could it be the timming or not enough coolant in the system. If so can someone give a suggestion on how to fill the car properly with coolant. Note the fan is working but only when the A/C swith is on but im have that repaired as we speak. the lower spoiler is in place and the fan shroud is to. Thank you for you for any suggestions.

To fill the cooling system, remove the radiator cap and top off the radiator. Start the car and watch for the radiator level to fall, and fill as it falls. Watch the temp guage to make sure it doesn't overheat.

Check the timing and reset it to stock if you suspect it may be causing you to run lean/hot.

Also My mechanic says its building up pressure real fast when he took off the cap. and also the only way for the engine to take on water is to add it to the filling tee one the heater hose.
