stock 82 radiator dimensions ?

stock 82 radiator dimensions ?

what are stock LG4 thm200c radiator dimensions for 82 trans am ? i need to know core size and/or width from tank seam to tank seam and also overall height of tanks

and does anyone know if ther eis any other GM vehicle other than third gen f body that a radiator will fit from into an 82 trans am ?


can anyone help ?

also were 82 trans am aluminum or copper radiator ? and is all that retained them to the rad support was a two piece blac\k plastic shroud assembly ? were there any metal parts involved ?

yeah usually the top piece shroud a couple of bolts hold the radiator in.


i think most stock factory ones were copper, not sure though.

so radiator was only one size with v-8 and also no matter if with or without a/c, etc ?

and just the v-8 ones would have been copper ? cuz i know that the 2.8L v-6 ones were aluminum with black plastic tanks in '84 firebirds i know for fact

wow theyre only 118 bucks at advance for a new one ?! wow!

they show a copper one and also an aluminum one, humm and thats for LG4 engine, how do i know which one is correct original for my 82 trans am LG4 with this two piece plastic shroud setup ??
