Easy way to rig this?
Fans aren't turning on - Vegas summer is fast approaching. Foglights are gone too... was wondering if I can jump the fan relay with my foglight switch? I would really like to just flip them on and off at my leisure. Easy?

If the relays for both aren't working, wouldn't it just be simpler to replace them and have working fans and working fog lamps?
I thought about a manual fan switch too, but I know I'd forget and leave them on all the time, lol! I'd let the relays control them, if for no other reason than, it's safest.

No no. You misunderstand - I deleted my foglights, so I can run the Camaro ram air mod in the near future. So now I have a foglight switch that controls... nothing. I would like to have it control BOTH fans. I am not worried about leaving them on by accident.
Can it be done with some ease?

its very very easy to do...almost to easy...
take both fan relays and strip the casing off the GREEN/White and GREY/white...you only need to strip a 1/2 inch off it....then soldier them together....run a power from those 2 to a switch, and the other side of the switch grounded.....
the reason you use those 2 wires is that there BEFORE the relay so that the switch just triggers the relay not the fan itself... and if you dont use the relay youll have yourself a wire fire in short order....but im sure you knew that
.....
Doing it this way both fans will come on when u flip the switch...but, im gonna get a 3-way switch so left will be one fan right will be both fans and center will be off
And since your just laying the 2 wires together and not cutting them or twisting them, its easily reversible
