Warm up temperature - 195 degrees?

The computer goes out of warm-up mode at 195 degrees right? But like in my car, obviously the temp will fluctuate from 195-235 because of the fan temperature relay setup.

But does the computer care when it is 195 degrees as opposed to 235? If I were to get my own fan controller and keep it near a constant 195 or 200, would the ECM go nuts because the 235 degree switch hasnt been set off?

warm mode?

u mean open or closed loop right

i think after 160 read by the coolant temp sensor the computer goes into closed loop.

just get a 180 stat and install a manuel switch for the passengers fan.

the drivers side should still come on around 227 like normal.

yeah from the factory the stock stat is 195 so the computer is based on a 200 ish operating temp.

but a 180 stat keeps the temp around 190 ish and everything still works great.
