With wires, a switch, and electricity.

If you are just wanting manual control:

You can install a relay to allow the toggle switch to control the voltage to the fan. The relay alows a smaller circuit to control a larger circuit. The following Links gives examples of how to wire in a relay http://www.rps4wd.com/tech/relays.htm & http://www.geocities.com/gdgo/f150a2.htm

If your fan(s) are not coming on then check out my reply to the following post: https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=231136

I think rebeltilldeath got it about right....

1 # Fit a switch!
2 # Run a wire from there to ground
3 # wire the otherside of the switch to splice into the same wire that goes to the temp switch in the passenger side of the block.

Thus you shouldn't need an extra relay, just use the one thats there already and wire the switch to be in parallel with the temp switch.

You make no mention as to why you need this manual control. If your current temp switch is faulty then try replacing it! If the current relay is faulty you'll need to replace it! If its just that you like having the fan on for the heck of it then do the above.

The factory setup isn't workingh right so I just needed a temporary way to get it working so I could go racing sat. Then after that I can fix it the right way.

The first thing you need to do is figure out whats wrong with it! Its most likely the temp switch thats gone, but if you don't know then you're going nowhere....

Try shorting the temp switch wire to ground (with the ignition on) if the fan fires then do as I described above for a toggle switch solution. If that doesn't work then you need to figure out if its the relay or the fan... follow elcamin0_77us advice as linked above.
