Radiator Relay Problem

HAD MY ENGINE REDONE FEW MONTHS AGO. SINCE THEN I HAVE BLOWN LIKE 5 RELAYS TO MY RADIATOR FAN, IT RUNNING ALL THE TIME. I ORDERED THE WIRE HARNESS CUZ ITS ALL BURNT AND "JIMMI-WIRED" WILL THAT HELP OR WHAT ELSE CAN I DO ?

I think the new harness should help a lot. It's probably grounding out on something.

i had this problem once, but my fan would not turn on. i changed the relay and it fixed nothing. my wiring was "jimmi rigged" too. the previous owner pulled the original out of the fuse block and just ran a security system from it i think. he ran a toggle switch from the front defroster, which i found because it melted the wiring that connected to the switch. i found that i needed a wire to run from the fuse block to the orange wire on the relay. it should fix it if this is the prob. tell me if it is something else.
