Secondary fan not working Why?

Secondary fan not working Why?
I can't get fan #2 to come on.Isn't it suposed to come on
when I turn the air on.If I hot wire it it works but I don't want to
run it like that.Can someone send me some pics of the relay and
the sensor.It's running a little too warm for my comfort.
