HELP! AC deleted now 2nd Fan won't shut off!

What does the AC pressure switch look like? Is it the round one that plugs into the old aluminum canister? If it is, what wire needs to be grounded in order to shut the fan down?

History: Took out AC stuff, put AC delete box in, used original Heater/AC blower motor and just swapped to the smaller squirrel cage (minor dremel modification). Used original resistor from AC setup.

Now just gotta find the wires(??) to hook up to a toggle switch for manual turn on/off of 2nd fan. Please help I don't wanna drive it until I can get it fixed.

Does pulling the fan fuse under the dash kill both fans or just the secondary fan?

I would Dave but not sure where those wires are. Is the AC pressure switch shown here in these pics?

1. Blower motor
2. Power
3. Plugs into heater box
4. Plugged into Accumulator
5. Plugged into aluminum line
6. Plugged into back of compressor
7. Plugged into front of compressor

The switch should have been on the skinny aluminum tube that follows the frame rail. It should have been several inches down and directly below the word "Hotchkis" in your first pictures. #5 might have been the harness plug that connected to the switch. It is a two wire plug.

Well I jumpered #5 and #4 by themselves and together no luck and I just realized that both fans are turning with the key on or running. Guess I'm going to have to do a ghetto switch from the fuse box since that's the only thing that seems to work.

Well I found the reason the fans were running.....When the Procharger was installed the directions said to take the green wire and the grey wire from each respect relay and ground them. Now I just have to figure out why because the directions didn't say. Anyone have an idea?

Guess I'll just use those wires to run a toggle switch to the dash.
