I also have an overheating problem, my car runs about 210 normally but when i put the air conditioner on it goes up very quick and i have to shut car off to cool it down so it doesnt get hot. Do i need a new radiator or something else?

The radiators in these cars are just terrible. Try to find a good replacement with better cooling capacity. If you replacde the thermostat, replace it with a 180º as the higher temp, the stock is 195º.
With the A/C problem, make sure you have the proper ratio of coolant 50/50, and that the coolant is topped to the correct level.

Fast86z, are you running clutch fan, single, or dual fans?

I finally got it fixxed 2 nights ago. It was the water pump. I didn't know that they can go out gradually, I thought when they went bad, they quit working. Not mine. By the time I figured it out, it would over heat in less & less time.
The old one must have been from factory (?) the black plastic part on the inside of the pump was cracked.
Now I can use my air again. Thank ***! It's suppose to be 110 degrees for the 2nd day in a row.
